Terms and Conditions – 777ef Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to 777ef. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777ef platform, including all betting markets, casino games, payment services and any other features offered on 777ef.ws ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on 777ef, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777ef ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777ef platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777ef.

To register and use 777ef, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777ef does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to create an account, deposit funds or place any bet, regardless of the type of game or market.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate or business accounts are not permitted on the 777ef platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order through 777ef or through any other gambling platform that 777ef recognises.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 777ef. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 777ef will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable. 777ef reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any detail on your account at any time.
• You must notify 777ef immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected security breach.
• You may not transfer, sell or gift your 777ef account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review. 777ef will contact you before taking any action on an inactive account.

777ef accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods are listed on the Cashier page within your account and are subject to change. Currently accepted methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 777ef account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's side.
• IBFT bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 working hours to credit, depending on your bank's processing times.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source does not match the account holder's identity — are not accepted and will be returned.
• 777ef does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 777ef's control.

777ef processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified method registered to your account in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name will not be processed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by account tier and are shown in the Cashier section.
• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• IBFT bank withdrawals may take up to 1 working day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Before your first withdrawal, 777ef requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a valid CNIC or passport copy and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts.
• If your account has an active bonus or promotion, any applicable wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal of the bonus-related balance can be processed. Deposited funds that have not been used in bonus calculations can typically be withdrawn at any time subject to verification status.

All sports bets on 777ef are subject to the general rules of this document and to the sport-specific and market-specific rules displayed on each betting market page. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that particular market.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet slip is submitted. Changes to odds after your bet has been confirmed do not affect your accepted bet.
• If a match, event or competition is postponed, cancelled or abandoned without reaching a natural conclusion, 777ef reserves the right to void related bets and return stakes. Specific void rules for each sport are published in the Help section.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds and market availability. Due to the time-sensitive nature of in-play betting, occasional delays may occur between a selection and its acceptance. 777ef will notify you if a bet cannot be accepted at the requested odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits vary by sport, competition tier and market type and are shown on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.
• Accumulators: in the event that one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the voided leg is removed and the remaining selections form the accumulator at revised odds. A two-leg accumulator with one voided leg becomes a single bet.

All casino games and gaming products available on 777ef — including live dealer games such as Baccarat, Roulette and Teen Patti, and digital games such as Crash titles — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game environment. These general Terms apply in addition to those game-specific rules.

• All random number generator (RNG) outcomes on 777ef are determined by independently certified algorithms. The results of each game round are not influenced by prior rounds, bet amounts or any other external factor.
• Crash games on 777ef operate using provably fair cryptographic algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by any player using the hash values available in the game history log.
• In the event of a game software malfunction or disconnection during a live game round, 777ef will follow the game provider's established dispute resolution procedure. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the affected bet will typically be voided and the stake returned.
• Players must not use external software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with 777ef games or to exploit features of the platform. Any such activity constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in account closure.

777ef offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are published on the promotion page and form part of these Terms.

• Wagering requirements define how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements become part of the withdrawable real-money balance.
• Players may only claim welcome bonuses once, across all accounts linked to the same individual, device, household or payment method.
• 777ef reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn early, stakes already placed as part of ongoing wagering will be honoured under the original terms of that promotion.
• Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that violate minimum odds or game restrictions to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

777ef takes its responsibility to promote safer gambling seriously. We provide the following tools to every account holder, available at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your 777ef account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a duration after which 777ef will notify you that you have been playing for the defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from 777ef. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the agreed period (minimum 6 months) and will be applied to all marketing communications immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777ef. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per individual, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account credentials.
• Attempting to defraud 777ef or other players through any means, including but not limited to collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of software errors.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, interact with games or access the platform outside of normal user behaviour.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or tamper with any part of the 777ef platform, its software or its payment systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 777ef to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating duplicate accounts, using prohibited bet patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors.

777ef reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time after a request is made.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering or abuse of platform systems.
• A court order or regulatory requirement directing 777ef to take action on the account.
• At the player's own request, including through voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777ef will notify the account holder by email. Any funds in the account at the time of suspension will be held securely and not used by 777ef. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and all funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, applicable funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777ef support. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures and checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ef's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 777ef is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 777ef does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may require temporary service interruptions. We will give advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
• 777ef is not responsible for any loss caused by telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions or technical issues on the player's side (including device failures, browser incompatibility or network connectivity problems).
• 777ef is not responsible for the conduct of third-party payment providers, including processing delays or errors that occur on the payment provider's infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777ef's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any form of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

777ef collects and processes personal information that is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable legal obligations. The full details of our data practices — including what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and your rights as a data subject — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

• Your personal data will never be sold, rented or shared with unauthorised third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary and lawful.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 777ef holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal obligations.
• All data stored by 777ef is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and subject to strict access controls within our organisation.

777ef reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 777ef platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you should contact 777ef support to close your account before the change takes effect. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you through standard withdrawal procedures.
